Websites vary in complexity, so the maintenance services required for each website can vary as well. We offer several plans to provide you with the flexibility that you need.

To get the most benefit from your website, we make several general recommendations:

• Initial website evaluation and revision for search engine optimization
• Regular site statistics analysis including keyword evaluation
• Initial submission of your website to major search engines and directories
• Regular evaluation of inclusion and position of your website in the search engines and directories
• Subsequent search engine submission of pages & sections that are not listed in the search engines search results
• Regular changes and additions be made especially to the initial page, or 'home page', as that is what your clients will see first. Website users are more inclined to return to your site and explore it further if you give them an interesting reason

Each Maintenance and Promotion Plan allows for consulting, updates, promotion services, and hosting account management on a monthly basis. Each successive plan provides you with a higher quantity discount, so you get more and save more.

Choose the monthly plan that works best for your business:

Emerald Plan Some of our clients require minimal changes on a monthly or weekly basis, particularly businesses that do not offer ecommerce. This plan provides you with up to 4 hours per month of maintenance and promotion services at a reduced rate.
Cost: $260

Sapphire Plan Our plan provides our clients with up to 7 hours a month. This plan allows for the more complex update and promotion needs of the small to medium-sized business.
Cost: $420

Ruby Plan For small to medium-sized businesses with frequent or significant changes, perhaps e-commerce sites, this plan provides up to 15 hours a month.
Cost: $825

Diamond Plan For larger or more complex businesses, with up to 30 hours a month.
Cost: $1500

Receive a additional 10% discount when you pay six months ahead.
